Terms of use.

The site is published by Aphelion Engineering Pty Ltd (ACN 697 870 812 · ABN 19 697 870 812), an Australian proprietary company based in Perth, Western Australia. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Aphelion Engineering Pty Ltd. By using this site, you accept these terms.

1. What this site is

This site is an informational marketing site describing our studio and the products we build. Nothing on this site constitutes engineering advice, a quote, a contract, or a representation that any calculation, standard reference, or design approach is appropriate for any particular project. References to standards (including AS/NZS and IEC) are descriptive — they do not transfer any right to use those standards or imply endorsement by the relevant standards body.

2. Products have their own terms

The Aphelion Engineering name and brand assets, the site's design, copy, and code, and all logos are owned by Aphelion Engineering Pty Ltd. You may not copy or reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Linking to the site for non-commercial reference is fine.

You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems we operate; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without prior written authorisation; introduce malicious code; or use the site in any way that interferes with another person's use of it.
