Golden Wattle is an independent study aid for the Australian citizenship test, published by Aphelion Engineering Pty Ltd (ACN 697 870 812 · ABN 19 697 870 812) in Perth, Western Australia. We designed it to collect as little as possible. The app is available on the App Store.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. Golden Wattle does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email, and contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- On-device data only. Your practice progress, mock-exam history, settings, and spaced-repetition state are stored on your device. They are never transmitted to us or anyone else.
- No tracking. We do not track you across apps or websites. The app declares no tracking domains.
- No data collection categories. In App Store terms: Data Used to Track You — None; Data Linked to You — None; Data Not Linked to You — None.
Diagnostics
The app registers for Apple's MetricKit, which provides Apple-aggregated, non-identifying performance and crash diagnostics. This contains no personal information and no study content.
Subscriptions
Premium is an auto-renewable subscription processed entirely by Apple. We do not see your payment details. Purchase and restore are handled by Apple's StoreKit.
Children
The app is rated 13+ and is a general-audience study aid. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our servers. Deleting the app removes all on-device data.
