Pour is a routine player. You pick a routine and press play, and the app walks you through it one step at a time — each step a full-screen liquid timer that drains as the time passes. It's built to make starting easier and to make time visible.

Common questions
- How do I start a routine?
- Tap any routine card on the home screen — the whole card is the play button. Or add a Pour widget to your home or Lock Screen and tap it to jump straight in.
- How do I make my own routine?
- Tap the + on the home screen, give it a name and an emoji, pick a material, and add your steps with their durations. There's no save button — Pour saves as you go.
- Why are there no streaks?
- On purpose. Pour has no streaks, no chains, and nothing that punishes you for a day off. Showing up counts, however many steps you finish. Skipping a step is one tap and sits right next to finishing it.
- What's in Pour Pro?
- Unlimited routines, all four liquid materials, extra chime packs, per-routine insights in History, and alternate app icons. The free version keeps the full player, widgets, Live Activity, and your history — always.
- How do I restore a purchase, or manage my subscription?
- Open Settings inside Pour (top-right menu on the home screen) → Restore purchases, or Manage subscription to change or cancel. You can also manage subscriptions any time in the App Store app under your account.
- Does Pour collect my data?
- No. Pour has no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking, and it never sends your routines anywhere — everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy.
- Does the timer keep working when I lock my phone?
- Yes. The countdown continues on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and Pour sends you a gentle notification at each step change if you've allowed notifications.
- I'm sensitive to motion / I use Reduce Motion.
- Pour follows your system Reduce Motion setting automatically — the liquid holds still and the fill simply lowers, with the same information and no movement. You can change this in iOS Settings → Accessibility → Motion.
- Is this a medical app?
- No. Pour is a productivity app designed with ADHD brains and time blindness in mind. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat, or manage any condition.
